The item was never delivered. The courier company that Banoidea use in this area is most inefficient & despite promising to deliver on several occasions the item never got sent from their warehouse.
After many many mails and whats app messages I eventually got refunded less courier charges...for a service that wasnt given . I believe that charge should also have been refunded.

Hi Emer, we are very sorry to hear about your bad experience, our goal is always to have an excellent product and shopping experience.

I have reviewed the emails with the Customer Service Department, and I see that the shipping company had problems delivering your order because you provided a non-Spanish phone number. We then provided you with the details of the shipping company and forwarded tracking so that you could arrange a delivery date and time with them yourself. After many emails and several days between one response and another, the agency returns the goods to our warehouse at your request.

The shipping costs are itemized so that the customer can see how much it really costs to ship a bulky, heavy and fragile product such as a bidet.

We have done our best and we are really interested in getting the orders delivered on time, but it'is not always possible for various reasons.
